SYSTEMS FAILURE-PROOF - We will assess the heat-pumps and geysers (if present at location) for their performance in relation to the system’s technical specifications. We will also assess the fire safety equipment, ducting to ensure no cracks and the air-flow still meets technical spec (as per the property design spec), the plumbing and system fittings (e.g. gas fittings).
STRUCTURAL LOAD MANAGEMENT - We will assess structural load bearing potential and any structural defects risks.
ENERGY AND WATER EFFICIENCY - Using our energy and water monitoring sensors we will monitor in real-time energy and water usage at building with set benchmarks of allowable energy & water usage of similar building with similar operations. If there is any drop in efficiency, we will do an inspection using our infra-red camera tech to detect excess vibrations and heat loss in building.
AIR QUALITY - We will assess the ventilation systems at NSK to determine air quality, and if provide report - such as cleaning of air-filters, changing air-conditioner refrigerant.
