When people connect in one location, there is joy and also some safety risks. Hence a comprehensive event safety audit is crutial in ensuring that event attendees are protected and equally the assets at the events such as musical equipments are protected. To secure the integrity of people and integrity of assets, our audit process covers the following:

  • Performing pre-event risk assessment: identifying potential risks and providing protocol on risk management.

  • Performing event environmental risk assessment and developing a report to reduce environmental risk reduction of event (e.g. reduction in plastic use, increasing sanitation to reduce poor air quality, increasing food safety at event.) 

  • Testing efficiency of venue fire exits, emergency lighting, and smoke detectors.

  • Crowd control and plan on managing crowd flow in & out.

  • Electrical Safety: electrical equipment used at the event, such as lighting or sound equipment, will be tested pre-event to ensure that it is safe to use.

  • Performing post-event asset integrity and safety inspection to monitor any unnoticeable hazard risks caused by the event, that will have long-term effects on the asset(s).
